Terms of Use for Experts

1. Scope

These terms of use apply to all experts, coaches, facilitators, and service providers who register on our platform and offer their services for corporate retreats.

2. Commission Fee

For successful bookings made through our platform, we charge a commission fee of 10% of the agreed fee. This fee is invoiced upon completion of the engagement.

• The commission only applies to bookings made through the platform
• Direct bookings after initial contact through the platform are also subject to the commission
• Billing is done monthly

3. Profile Requirements

Experts commit to providing truthful and up-to-date information in their profile. This includes:

• Qualifications and certifications
• Professional experience
• Current prices and availability

4. Code of Conduct

Experts commit to professional conduct towards clients and other platform users. Unprofessional behavior may result in exclusion from the platform.

5. Liability

Experts are responsible for their own services. The platform assumes no liability for the quality of services provided or for damages arising from collaboration between experts and clients.

6. Termination

Experts can deactivate or delete their profile at any time. Outstanding commission fees remain unaffected and must be settled.
